These Terms and Conditions govern your use of emilybrimlow.com and purchases from Emily Brimlow and EB Music LLC. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse its content, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

Music, recordings, photographs, artwork, logos, videos, written content, merchandise designs, and other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Emily Brimlow and EB Music LLC. No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use these materials without written permission.

Products and availability

Product colors and details may vary slightly because of screens, materials, production methods, and availability. Products, variants, prices, and offers may change without notice. We may limit quantities or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, suspected of fraud, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

Orders and payment

You agree to provide accurate order, billing, and shipping information. Payment is due when the order is placed. Payments are processed by third party payment providers. Taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout when applicable.

Production and shipping

Some merchandise is produced on demand by Printful or another disclosed fulfillment provider. Production begins after an order is accepted. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, address errors, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Returns and damaged orders

Because many products are made on demand, change of mind returns and exchanges may be limited. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the order, contact us promptly and include the order number and clear photographs. The Return and Refund Policy provides the current process and eligibility rules.

Vinyl and limited releases

Vinyl, signed items, preorder products, and limited releases may have separate production windows, quantity limits, and fulfillment terms shown on the product page. A stated release or shipping date is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed.

Email and text communications

Submitting an email address allows us to send messages needed to provide the service you requested. Promotional email may be stopped through the unsubscribe link.

Promotional text messages require a separate optional consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Third party services and links

The website may use or link to services operated by Squarespace, payment processors, Printful, shipping carriers, music platforms, social networks, analytics providers, and other third parties. Their terms and privacy practices may apply to your use of their services.
